What ways can I retrieve Waterbuoy?

Waterbuoy can be retrieved many different ways. The balloon is designed to under-inflate and remain flexible so you can pick it up by hand. You can also use a boathook if it is too far to reach, but be careful not to puncture the balloon, and make sure you don’t fall in by reaching too far.
